            Each project is unique and different with many factors that effect cost but we think that most projects fall into 3  categories:

• Light Renovation
  • Factors that effect cost would be type of, cabinets, counter tops, and fixtures.
• Medium Renovation
  • Factors that effect cost would be appliances, flooring, removing bulk head, drywall work, and painting.
• Complete Renovation:
  • Factors that effect cost would be walls moved, plumbing moved, electrical moved, granite counter tops, backsplash tile, and crown molding.

Kitchen Renovation example

• Light Renovation
  • Estimated Material Cost $5,000 - $10,000
  • Estimated Labor Cost $10,000 - $10,000
• Medium Renovation
  • Estimated Material Cost $10,000 - $20,000
  • Estimated Labor Cost $10,000 - $20,000
• Complete Renovation
  • Estimated Material Cost $20,000 and up.
  • Estimated Labor Cost $20,000 and up.
